CF already only proxies the following ports, other ports are dropped on all plans:

On the pro plan and above, you can block all ports except 80 and 443 by going to the firewall manages rules tab, clicking the “Advanced” button at the bottom of “Cloudflare Managed Ruleset”, searching for 100015, and setting the “mode” to “block”
If you want Cloudflare to protect your server from DDOS on those other ports, you would need to be an Enterprise customer.
