I have the sane use right now. I have a rule to block all but USA… yet getting some traffic (very little) from France, Spain, and Canada. I have a ticket open with Cloudflare support regarding this. After 1 week I got a reply “Our team is currently experiencing higher than normal demand for support services which is causing delayed response to our customers. Please accept our apologies for the delay as we work through these requests as soon as we can.” I am hoping to get an answer on this was allowed.
