By “data centre” do you mean the Cloudflare data centre that receives the client request? Can you explain your use case for that as it’s interesting, instead of blocking by client country.
This seemed to work as a custom WAF rule expression for me as a quick test… cf.ray_id contains "LHR"
If by data centre you mean customers of Amazon, Microsoft, Google, et. al., then those can be blocked by ASN. You can Google for lists to block.
We were looking at HTTP traffic logs and we wanted to block all traffic from Data center São Paulo, Brazil (GRU) I think it’s to the point now though that we may just need to block the entire country for the site.
