Block all requests from specific IP address to the domain including the subdomains

My website was under DDOS attack from specific IP address. I want to disable the requests from that IP to the domain including all the subdomains.

I tried blocking using IP Access Rules settings from Firewall > Tools but this block only requests to the main domain registered with the Cloudflare.

I have many subdomains configured through DNS but requests to the subdomains are working is not being blocked.

How can I block access to the domain including the subdomains?

Just create a firewall rule

I tried it but even the Firewall rule is not working on sub-domains.

Are your subdomain has orange cloud in dns setting and your server IP was ever exposed?
