Boa tarde, estou enfrentando um problema des de que eu apontei o DNS do registro BR para a Cloudflare. Os e-mail que envio do meu dominio são barrados pelos meus clientes. Consultei se o IP estaca na blocklist e está lá, tanto na UCEPROTECTL2 e UCEPROTECTL3, acredito que isso que esteja ocasionando os bloqueios. Como faço para liberar esse bloqueio. Alguém pode me ajudar por favor.

Apenas enviar o e-mail para algum cliente nosso ele já retorna o erro.

You will need to contact the email provider, that you’re trying to send the message from, for assistance regarding this.

But they are all my clients. Which are blocking. Or do I have to contact my email provider?

In which direction do you (or your client(s)) see this problem?

  1. Are you sending an email to your client(s), when this is happening?

or

  1. Are your client(s) sending an email to you, when this is happening?

Although #1 and #2 above are technically the same, the different directions may eventually change whether you need to contact your email provider, or whether your client will need to contact their email provider.
