You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.

I cannot add a domain until this message disappears. Would like this to be fixed on priority.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Try adding a domain to my account, it won’t get added. Customer tried from his account as well, getting the same error message as I can see.
Ticket created a few days ago but no reply till date. Case ID: 01225818

Your billing module/software is not working as expected.

@fritex Still no reply to the ticket. The ticket was opened on 09th October, I am unable to add domains, and your support is so damn slow, its pathetic to be honest.

If you cannot solve urgent matters in a few days, I think it is better to say goodbye to cloudflare for the poor support.

The issue has been now pending for approximately 3 weeks now. How can a company as big as Cloudflare take so much time to solve a billing and platform issue.
Also, how this was not detected in any of your testing?

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

I believe someone from the billing team will take a look at your case and respond to your ticket. Please rest assured that Cloudflare is addressing these matters internally since recent Billing migration.

I am currently tired of waiting for a reply. Already have mentioned in the initial conversation the support ticket number: 01225818 but I haven’t received a single reply yet. After a month your billing team is not able to sort out basic issues. I am saddened to see the support Cloudflare provides to its customers.

My colleagues have indicated this was resolved on your ticket. Please post another topic here if that is not the case.
