Billing won't refund my failed domain transfer, what can I do?

I attempted to transfer a domain from GoDaddy to Cloudflare, as I have done with dozens of domains before. But for some reason this time it failed to transfer after approving the domain transfer at GoDaddy. I contacted Cloudflare support and told them about it, but they will not refund the failed domain transfer. When I try to transfer it again, I have a pay a second time.

It would seem that if there was a technical issue with the transfer, that I would be able to try again without paying a second time.

Sorry for the issues, what is the ticket number and/or domain you transferred?

Wonderful! I appreciate that. Is this a refund back to my card, or account credit?

I cannot tell the detail from looking at the invoice, I will ask a Support agent to take a look on the escalation I made earlier and reply on this thread with details.

my colleagues in Support have indicated this was resolved on your ticket. Please open another ticket if that is not the case.
