[Billing] Unable to transfer domains

Hello,

I’m unable to transfer my domains from Namecheap to Cloudflare. I’ve used different debit/credit cards. The error message I’m getting from the bank is “Unable to process the payment, provider does not support E-Mandate”. I used Indian HDFC, Axis Debit and Visa Credit Cards that supports international payments.

Can somebody help?

That’s not something that the community can help with - the first port of call should be checking with your bank. If you’re in India or use an Indian bank, they recently introduced regulations which Cloudflare Registrar is incompatible with (due to recurring payments) - India recurring payments | Stripe Documentation

Yeah - iirc Indian banks don’t currently support Cloudflare Registrar’s payment processor & you’ll get an error similar to “something went wrong” or “issue with payment hold”
