What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Navigate to “Manage account” > “Billing” > “Payment”.
No option to add payment method, if you click on “Manage” there is also no option available to add any payment methods.

Can you try from incognito mode?

If you continue to get the error, can you create a Billing ticket to let the team know? You can open a Billing ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

Hi @cloonan, hope you are well and thank you for the response. I have tried incognito using Chrome and Edge, with the same result.

Hi @cloonan, an update on this issue, I was able to possibly find a workaround. By deleting several of the “backup” payment methods that had expired, the option to “edit” payment methods appeared:
