When I try to renew my domain I always get this error. I have tried different cards as well as different providers - like American Express and Mastercard, but with the same error. Please help!

Try the usual: clear browser cache/cookies/incognito mode, or a different browser.

Where did the process hang up? You clicked on “Get More Help” and nothing happened?
