Billing ticket about missing Pro Features

Same problem here my ticket # is #3262748 . More than 24hrs have passed, the invoice says paid. I even cant upgrade to pro anymore but the platform says free.

You are missing business opportunities here. A domain comes under attack, we need the PRO features, upgrade and no response from you guys even after paying.
