There’s been no progress regarding the billing issue I’m experiencing. I sent an email to the person assigned to my ticket, but I haven’t received any response. When I click on the assigned agent’s ID (User173835636183376295) via the support page, I get an error message that says, “Looks like there’s a problem.” I’m wondering if the agent might no longer be with the company, and as a result, my case has been left unresolved.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
