What is the issue you’re encountering
I have a business plan I try to change since last year my account from monthly to annual plan
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have try to change my plan business form monthly to annual plan I request it I have the case 01313160 where support then several weeks told me that the issue will solve in the billing cycle of Feb 15th. But then I receive an invoice with monthly plan I write to support again I create a new case because the last case was close, so the new ticket case is 01391168, again I told support that I expect to have the invoice for the annual plan and request to fix this issue, but no one answare yet since Feb 15th 2025
Now I just see that my business plan was downgrade to FREE, I pay the wrong invoice generate on Feb 15th with monthly plan because I didn’t any support reply, so I pay it waiting that it solve the problem of my downgrade but my account still as free plan and now I didn’t know where to call o contact to some one can help me with this issue with urgency.
Any one of Cloudflare team could contact me ? and solve this issue ??
