I am trying to make changes to my services on Cloudflare but I keep encountering the following error:

“could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to apply object products: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.”

I would like to inform you that I have already followed all the necessary steps in the Billing section and confirmed that there are no outstanding payments. However, the error still persists and prevents me from adding or modifying any subscriptions.

I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible, as it is impacting my ability to manage services on the platform.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

Log into my Cloudflare account.

Go to the Billing section and verify that no outstanding payments remain.

Attempt to upgrade a plan or modify a subscription from the Zone Settings or Subscriptions area.

The error message appears preventing any changes:
“You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid…”

It is truly urgent — I am willing to pay for any plan necessary. This issue has been affecting the launch of my project, as Cloudflare is by far the most complete service of its kind. I have many configurations already set up specifically for Cloudflare, and such a simple problem is causing a major impact.
