Billing payment Failed, How to pay manually

Hi

We have business plan activated on one of our domains. But auto payment for due renewal amount failed. I fear that it will not succeed on retry too as there are issues in India related to auto payment due to RBI guidelines.

Issues is I can’t find a way to manually pay the unpaid invoice. Please suggest how to do it.

Also if invoice is not paid due to some issue, how many days we have to clear it before service is impacted ?

I had already created billing ticket.

Thank you. I can see the ticket and am copied on it to track progress.

If you go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/billing and click the first invoice in the table to download it

And you open that pdf, do you see the option to

On the screen after pay online, you may need to switch to a payment option that works for the RBI. We suggest PayPal as a payment method.
