Billing no ticket shared

I’m already waiting since December '24 for an answer … nothing happens and they keep billing for non-active non-existent services.

What is your ticket number @user93915? The Community cannot assist with Billing issues, Support needs to help on a ticket.

I was hoping support would do their job - but it seems that 48h waiting time comes down to 48 weeks waiting time for tickets : [01407066] / [01363855] / [01336087]

Zero feedback. Nothing. Not even after raising priority.

I will flag those for Support to add to them queue, we cannot see Billing details on the Community. I am sure they will merge and/or close the tickets to just on in order to avoid duplicates. Multiple tickets actually moves the position in the queue to the latest ticket and slows replies.

I tried everything, @cloonan … rising the ticket level, replying to it … opening a new one. They keep billing me so I had to change credit cards… go figure.
