Billing issues too

Holy wow, I’m having the same issue and I see so many other posts here in the community with the same issue, all seem to unresolved.

This was supposed to be my first renewal at Cloudflare and I can’t believe Billing could be down of all things.

Did you open a ticket with Support?

Of course. It’s 01392840 and the only response so far has been a bot.

I have tried multiple cards (incl Paypal) and multiple browsers with fresh Cloudflare sessions and the same result.

I think personal accounts and small users like us are not very important to Cloudflare’s bottom line. So they don’t really seem to care. I don’t understand how such a big company can have billing issues from October of 2024 until now without resolution.

I’m moving my domain elsewhere today.
