Billing issues going on for weeks without any progress

Hi,

Currently one of my domains is on the free plan and I’m trying to upgrade it again to the pro plan. But support is not responding via the ticketing system and I’m getting the feeling the I need to sacrifice a living being under a full moon to get this thing resolved… Seriously cloudflare fix this.
