I just have added Paypal account and tried to buy Delicated SSL but in the final steps the error comes up:
We attempted to charge your credit card but we were unable to complete the transaction successfully. Please retry the operation or contact support for assistance.
Another information in the Developer Console that would helpful:
“code”:9300,“message”:“User session has expired. Please log in again”
