Unable to pay the remaining balance - Seeing simultaneous alerts of “Payment Successful” & “Payment failed” w/error 1211 every time we attempt to pay.
We reentered card information and verified no issues with the card/bank account but we still cannot pay the remaining balance.
We opened Billing ticket #2386707 a few days ago but have not yet received any response from Billing support.
