Billing issue on ticket

I am facing the same issue. My multiple domains subscription and plan changed automatically. For that I have raised support ticket 3297450 but no response from support team for last 14 days.

Can I get support here to escalate this ticket 3297450 internally in Cloudflare?

Hi, the ticket has been escalated to the Billing Team, and they will assist with the request.

Waiting for the response. 17 days have been passed but no update from support on this SR.

I merged your duplicate tickets into 3297450 and will again flag for my colleagues in Support. Please keep the conversation in 3297450, no more tickets are necessary, that just slows the process.

Please support me. Next billing is due in 12th July 2024 and facing the issue on SR 3297450 since 12th June 2024.

I got a single response on 01st July 2024 and after that no one is responding me.
