Billing issue, my plan was downgraded without any email

Hi, this is urgent please, I missed my invoice from few days for my pro plan and I was downgraded to free plan without any reminder emails.

I already paid the invoice today, but I’m unable to “re-upgrade” to pro plan now.

I’m receiving error message:
Refer to for assistance. For security reasons, there is a problem with your billing profile. (Code: 1292).

I created a ticket # [3184297], I need it to be solved because our services are impacted.
