I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while attempting to upgrade from the Free plan to the Pro plan for my account.

When I attempted to complete the upgrade, I received the following error message:

Error code 1000

I have ensured that all my payment details are correct and have tried the process multiple times, but the issue persists. As a result, I am currently unable to proceed with the upgrade.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible? If any further information is needed from my end, please let me know, and I will be happy to provide it.
