Billing Errors

Is there any ETA? I am seeing for days that its being investigated. Furtheron no updates. I cannot re-upgrade and even seeing that indexnow (for bing) is not working either. I appreciate the fact that CF is working on it. But 5 days? So is there an expected timing of this being resolved?

Huh? You quoted a full list of updates. As for an ETA, I don’t see any listed in that notice. I guess there is none at this time.

That is what I have been seeing for 4-5 days now. same message. But I would assume there could be an ETA, since it was said it would only take a couple of days. Now as said, I can understand that an issue can take longer, but this is almost a week, and meanwhile I have issues with some sites. So an expected ETA wouldnt be so bad to manage customer expectations.

It looks like they already provided an ETA, and it didn’t go as planned. Not much sense in offering another ETA, as they seem to be in unplanned territory at this point.

I know, but manage expectations. Also how many customers are affected? If you, like myself, wanted to upgrade further because of growth, then you are stuck. If they would have mentioned this pro-actively like all these messages you normally get from them, I would have done this before any billing update/upgrade would have started. For them also smart business, in case, wait…goes wrong. Now they have customers complaining and only give a message that they are investigating. Just say as it is.
