Billing Errors - managing payment methods, subscriptions, paying invoices & inaccur

Why am I, a paying customer, being treated this way? I’ve purchased both the business and pro versions. Just yesterday my account was suspended, rendering all services unusable and causing significant damage to my company’s operations. Up until now, there has been no progress. My domain name cannot be resolved, services are inaccessible, and the website can’t be opened. How could Cloudflare treat its users like this?
