We have been trying to transfer a domain for more than two weeks but keep getting error “An error occurred while processing the payment hold”
We have opened a ticket with support #3072529 but have not got any anaswer as to why this is happenings - We received several responses that our card was being declined , but it’s a virtual card and we do not even see charge attempts on it , let alone declines.
From the replies from the Billing team on the ticket I see they have escalated your ticket to the appropriate team to investigate. I’ve added myself to your ticket and the internal escalation to track progress. Sorry for the issues.
