Sorry for the issues, I’ll escalate this post for my colleagues from the #general:billing team. I’ve added myself to your ticket and will track progress there as well.

While we wait for Support to assist on this, can you try from a different browser or an incognito window? Disable any antivirus and/or ad blocking software.

Thanks for the answer.

We tried in different browsers and anonymous tabs, in windows, linux and macos, but the error persists.

We are having a critical impact on our environments.
I am still awaiting the resolution.
