What is the name of the domain?

trendbazar.in

What is the error number?

No specific error number is shown, but the exact error message is provided below.

What is the error message?

could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to apply object products: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.

What is the issue you’re encountering

I am trying to add my domain trendbazar.in to my Cloudflare account (Free plan), but I am getting a billing-related error even though I have no services added and no outstanding balance. The domain is brand new, and I have never added any subscriptions for it.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checked my Billing page — no unpaid invoices or subscriptions.

Verified I’m on a Free plan.

Tried using another browser and clearing cookies/cache.

Tried using another Cloudflare account — same issue.

Attempted to raise a support ticket, but the system says I’m not allowed to because I’m a free user.

Read documentation like:

Billing issues requre a Billing ticket with Support

I cannot raise a ticket due to the dashboard and Help Center not linking correctly (known issue per Cloudflare documentation). This is a billing/account bug on the Free plan.

In what area can we help you?

I don’t know

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

1.Go to the Cloudflare dashboard.

2.Attempt to add domain trendbazar.in

3.Select Free plan.

4.Confirm and submit.

5.Get the billing-related error message even though no services are attached and no dues exist.

The issue is with viewing tickets. Customers on every plan type can create account, billing and registrar tickets.

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
