I have tried calling but they keep telling me to make a support tidket. Tickets are not working. I need to talk to a person.

Cloudflare does not provide phone support, except for Enterprise customers. Available support options are clearly listed on the Plans page: https://www.cloudflare.com/plans/

If you need phone support and direct hand-holding, Cloudflare won’t be for you and I’ll recommend finding an alternative service.
