What is the issue you’re encountering

No way to dispute, No support updates, Incorrect billing practices, cloudflare (the company not the people) incompetence, Cloudflare Executive (The people) primarily the CEO Incompetance

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Evaluated a plugin service
  2. Cancelled Service after several month evaluation
  3. Continued to be billed
  4. Contacted CF to inform of extended billing
  5. Billing ended.
  6. Several years later informed I had outstanding bills for this cancelled service and blocked from using my account to add domains etc.
  7. Opened support ticket 00979463 on 7/17/2024 explaining the issue - Support closed saying to pay the disputed bill
  8. Tried to pay the supported bill (furious as this is essentially theft) but there is no option to pay anywhere
  9. Opened billing support ticket 01214754 on 10/2/2024 - have steadily increased the priority - Have had no response other than automated!
    10 Opened a support ticket 01286061 on 11/25/2024 - to request normal support to nudge billing support to sort this out as there is still no response.
  10. Opened Community and registered to add the same request.

I tried reaching CF on Social systems too - again no responses.

  2. Select the account type
  3. Hit continue
  4. Get red error message “You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page”

I got a message on the support ticket - replied, and now it is again in some form of ghosted state. What is going on with Cloudflare it never used to be this terribly bad - has it become such a toxic environment internally that people are burnt out or something?
