Billing Dash Ticket - domain renewal issue

Hi all, I am getting error while renew my domain , it show an error - We were unable to process your payment. To keep your domain registration, [update your payment method],
after updating the payment it does not working

I have send the email to the above mention email address , please solve my problem as soon as possible since my domain is going to expire in 13 Feb 2022
