What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Hi Team, I mistakenly selected the business annual plan instead of the free option when I added the for our client. We normally upgrade after the client confirms some requirements, but this time they never did, so the domain was never added to the WAF for protection, so we’re essentially not using the service. I tried to downgrade and noticed that we were already charged for the annual business plan. Could you please refund us for this mistake? If a refund isn’t possible (as I’ve painfully read in the community forums), could you issue a credit instead, as we plan to use the service for other clients? Thank you,
