What is the issue you’re encountering

I am currently subscribed to the Pro Plan and have paid my monthly bills. However, my account is showing as being on the Free Plan, and the billing section reflects the same. This issue is causing multiple problems on the website, including the WAF not functioning correctly due to billing issues.

Despite being on the Pro Plan with Cache Reserve enabled, the system intermittently reverts to Free Plan functions. This inconsistency is affecting my ability to serve my customers, as content is being served from non-cache reserve rather than the cache reserve. I’ve repeatedly enabled the Cache Reserve, but the issue persists.

I’ve been facing this problem for the past two to three months without any resolution from the Cloudflare support team. This has significantly impacted my business operations. I kindly request a refund for the last two months of the Pro Plan and an immediate correction to ensure my account reflects the Pro Plan as paid.
