Billed TWICE for Pro Plan - Service problems and no reply or support


Since I get no response through support tickets, I am hoping that the Community able to assist with my billing enquiry:

Why did I have to pay TWICE for the Pro Plan?

  • In November 2023 I paid 240 USD for 12 months, and
  • last week (May 2024, 6 months later) I was downgraded (courtesy of Cloudflare error) and
  • I had to pay another 240 USD (May 2024)
