I’ve reached out to customer service at least a dozen times over the past six weeks without receiving any assistance. I’ve been overcharged for services I don’t have and I’m unable to cancel a Pro plan for a domain I transferred months ago. Additionally, I can’t cancel the ARGO add-on I purchased.

Did you receive any update? I’ve been charged $75 dollars/month for plans I don’t even have and customer service will not help me. It’s been ~6 weeks.

Hi, the ticket has been escalated to the Billing Team, and they will assist with the request.
Questions about billing/account will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

I can’t get Cloudflare to address any of my billing issues.
I’ve been overcharged for 6 weeks for services I don’t have and I can’t cancel any subscriptions. In one case, it’s for a domain that I transferred away from my account 2 months ago.
My tickets are being closed by support and marked as SOLVED, which isn’t accurate.
My older tickets are: #3293159, #3301955, and #334555 (which I opened today).
Cloudflare responded only once, closing the middle ticket above and informing me it’s now a Salesforce ticket, which is: 500Nv00000BXfHPIA1.
I don’t know what to do at this point.
*I could never have imagined Cloudflare (a company that I’ve loved for years) of being this unprofessional and unresponsive to a critical billing issue.

Why will no one help me? We’re now into 7 weeks w/o any assistance for a major billing issue.
What is going on at Cloudflare that they aren’t addressing billing issues?
Again, it’s been seven weeks w/o resolution.

How do I get access to this new Salesforce ticketing system? I can’t log in to the portal provided by customer support – my account doesn’t work.

I’m completely at a loss for words w/what I’ve experienced here.
I’m going to be billed again shortly and it’ll be over $250 dollars for services I’ve never had.

Here’s Cloudflare’s latest response. As you can see, it’s not helpful in the least.
I opened yet another ticket, see below. And now I’ve got a new Salesforce case. Why so many cases? How can I check the status of these? How do I communicate w/anyone regarding my case?

My issue was resolved within a week of being migrated to Salesforce. And got a refund bill from cloudflare. I hope the same is true for you.
