I’m being charged for services I don’t have.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve reached out to customer service at least a dozen times over the past six weeks without receiving any assistance. I’ve been overcharged for services I don’t have and I’m unable to cancel a Pro plan for a domain I transferred months ago. Additionally, I can’t cancel the ARGO add-on I purchased.
