I recently made a payment to settle the outstanding balance on my account, but I am still unable to add or modify subscriptions and services. The billing page message continues to state that I need to pay the balance.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue so I can manage my subscriptions?

Hello,
I have paid all my invoices and confirmed that there are no outstanding balances in my Billing page. However, when I try to add or modify subscriptions or services, I receive the following message:
“You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.”
Additionally, I mistakenly removed my old domain and now cannot re-add it due to this issue. Please check my account and resolve this problem at the earliest.
