Better Rules for ISP Bot Attacks

LOTS of bots on website

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Hi,

I am wondering if there are preset rules defined in Cloudflare that I can enable to better detect the type of ip’s coming to my website.

Currently, i’m looking into using a third party service https://www.ipqualityscore.com/ that seems to detect most of these malicious ips.

Can you please advise me if there is a way to ‘block’ or challenge these offending Verizon, AT&T, etc. ips addresses in the Cloudflare portal without having to add on more services?

Here is a list of the IP addresses:

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated to better detect these “ISP Proxies”.
