Best way to notify me if the site is down

Hi all!
What is the best way to get notification from Cloudflare when my site is down via email or sms?
I didn’t find this feature in Cloudflare panel, also i didn’t find such app in Cloudflare Apps

I use UptimeRobot.com. It’s free and can send Email alerts. On a paid plan, it can send SMS.
