Besoin d'aide

My website is not accessible after update of the dns server in addition I have activated a dedicated SSL certificate and it never activates, I think it may be the problem I deleted it to reactivate it afterwards since according to cloudflare I can do it at no cost since I have already done it so my DNS may be the problem of breaking my website, thank you in advance for your answer.

Domain, and do you have a certificate on your server?

I activate a SSL it not work

The question was if you have a certificate on your server.

no, I have not certificat on my server, I would like to know how I activate it

You need to have a certificate on your server too. Contact your host if it is not clear how to do so.

Un grand merci Ă  vous Sandro je vais les contacter

No worries. My French is admittedly rather non-existent, but I still managed to understand

Once your server is properly configured for SSL, make sure your encryption mode is “Full strict”, and it should work fine. Should there still be issues, just post here again

All right, I’ll do it again. Thanks.

It seems that Cloudflare has banned my domain name according to what the technical team of my host says, before they configured my domain and have their own server and after Cloudflare sent me this mail:

[…The name servers for mydomain.com no longer point to Cloudflare. They now point to:

ns1.mydomain.com
ns2.mydomain.com
[not set]
[not set]
[not set]

This change means that mydomain.com is no longer using Cloudflare and will not receive the benefits of our security and performance services. Your DNS records will be completely removed from our system in 7 days.

If the name server change was in error, reactivate your domain by pointing your nameservers back to:

luke.ns.cloudflare.com
sofia.ns.cloudflare.com

Once you have completed this change, click the “Recheck Nameservers” button in your Cloudflare dashboard to ensure your domain stays active on Cloudflare. …]

So, I did it like Cloudflare told me, hey! Boom. My web site now offline.
I contacted my web host and they told me that Cloudflare has banned my domain name they configured for me and I’m doing mine so my site has to stay offline.

I believe your host is making something up. Cloudflare didnt ban your domain, your nameservers were pointed away for some reason. You need to point them back to Cloudflare.
