We have noticed an issue with our subscription. Although our business plan is shown as active until 2025 on the subscription window, we are still being charged on a monthly basis. Could you please help us understand the reason for these charges and advise on how we can fix this issue? We have submitted support tickets regarding this matter, but since April, we have not received a satisfactory response. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that resolving this issue will take a considerable amount of time. Meanwhile, we keep receiving emails indicating that our invoices are unpaid, which may lead to service interruption.
