Being billed monthly for two SSL certs when I canceled one

I accidentally created a 2nd SSL cert. I have removed it but I am still being billed for two every month.

You’ll need Cloudflare Support help on this: login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support.

For the same domain? I’ve accidentally re-requested one, but it used my current certificate order for that domain.
