Good day,
We are experiencing an issue when using a proxied A record. The site works correctly on our end — we can access it without any problems. However, users from various regions (e.g., Canada, Croatia) have reported that they cannot access the site.
We’ve verified the issue using UrbanVPN (Canada), which consistently fails to connect (ERR_TIMED_OUT).

Setup details:
DNS record type: A
Proxy status: Proxied
SSL encryption mode: Full

They seem to be collateral damage to:

We’ve verified the issue using UrbanVPN (Canada), which consistently fails to connect (ERR_TIMED_OUT).

Such as here, ERR_TIMED_OUT is a typical indication that UrbanVPN (or their ISP) is filtrering access to one or more Cloudflare IP addresses.

As the traffic isn’t reaching Cloudflare at all, any kind of remediation must be sought through the problematic ISP.
