basic features activation cloudflare keep deactivating

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

logged in and log out try reset Brower

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

activate 10 basic feature refresh page have to activate gain

The site is currently not using cloudflare nameservers, it looks like the nameservers were changed away about two weeks ago, https://securitytrails.com/domain/talhaasher.co.uk/history/ns

The audit log shows https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/audit-log the site was removed July 4 and whois shows an update on July 9. I also see it as added and nameservers confirmed today. It feels like a bit of limbo as namervers are not propagated, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool

You may want to contact your domain registrar and ask them to disable DNSSEC. Let us know what you find out.

i moved from 123reg to Cloudflare dns did not transfer domain yet

also i am getting this error “API Request Failed: GET /api/v4/billing/rate_plans/free (502)” when i try to turn them on

It looks like nameservers reverted away from cf. Contact your current registrar and ask them to disable DNSSEC and ensure namerservers are set to the two assigned
