What is the issue you’re encountering
I’m not able to connect my domain to Shopify. While trying I got this error message. I have no connection to Cloudflare with this domain that I know of.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Shopify use Cloudflare so likely the domain has an unpaid historic bill to Cloudflare or some technical issue that prevents it being used on Cloudflare again at this time. You will need to raise a support ticket with Cloudflare to get help for it to be resolved.

There is no unpaid historic bill to Cloudflare or had no technical issues before when it had DNS records set at Cloudflare before we transferd the domain DNS.
I already have looked on different sites/pages from Cloudflare on how to raise a support ticket but now answer yet.
Can you tell me where and how I can raise a support at Cloudflare with a Free account?
