Banned ip address from the website

Please, last week, a website www.hqq.tv, now www.hqq.to has banned my ip address out of reason, or the reason i don’t know. Please, help me to unban myself or give me advice what to do.

I don’t know how did it happen and how can I unban me. This has never happened to me before

If it’s not your website then you’ll have to contact the site owner. Cloudflare can not change customers’ settings or help you with this.
