Bandwidth limits for free plan

Hello

I have a website mostly about gaming on the computer it of course has images and such. But I also would like to upload mods for computer games only. I would like to allow the ability for members to upload through a gui on my content management system which I already have in place. I am posting because I want to make sure this not cause any problems on bandwidth since I am on the free plan.

Let me also state that these mods were released to the public by modders who used tools that were given out by the developers of the games.
