Is there a feature to limit the bandwidth of requests to a server? It seems useful where a sites available bandwidth can be limited for example I only want 10MBps of request bandwidth to some servers if there is a setting to do that? Unlimited, 1000Mbps, 100Mbps, 10Mbps, 1Mbps
