Does Bandwidth Alliance cover Cloudflare Workders & DigitalOcean Spaces?
I use Spaces to host images and show them to my website through CF Workers. The 2 months free trial of DO Spaces ended 2 weeks ago, since then I can see, with or without Workers turned on, the billing of DO is increasing steadily. I thought it is good combination when CF Workers billed on requests and waives out bandwidth fee of DO Spaces with Bandwidth Alliance, but both are billed is too much for me.
I don’t know if the Bandwidth alliance pricing is already in effect, according to the launch page and blog posts that would have entered into effect in a few months.
Anyone has more info on this?
From this other thread it seems Bandwidth Alliance doesn’t apply to workers:
But from this post in the official CF blog they used Workers to access B2 and specifically mention to do this to save bandwidth fees:
It probably requires it to be an actual production worker and not the cloudflareworkers.com test site. I haven’t tested myself though.
