I have a site www.kebony.com, with several language versions. E.g. users from USA are redirected to Modified Wood | Kebony North America, users from France to Bois modifié - Kebony France etc.
BUT users from Norway, Germany and Canada are not redirected from kebony.com to their respective language version just stays at kebony.com.
What can cause this problem? I use TunnelBearVPN to confirm this and I’m not redirected too.

Thank you. I thought the pseudo IPv4 setting may be set to ‘overwrite headers’ instead of ‘off’, but it’s set to off. Can you loop in the support folks to look at this in detail and share the ticket number here?

Thank you, I see the ticket and am on it. When you reply to the engineer, it may be worth making sure they’re testing from the same locations you are. They’re seeing the redirect working ok, but I don’t know if they tested .de from Germany, for example.
