Bad Routes To CloudFlare From My ISP (Only For My Domain)

Hi, I’m from Brazil and My ISP is Vero Internet.

They’ve implemented direct peering to Cloudflare, but a wird thing is happening, only my domain has bad routes.

For example:

The route seems to going to Miami. (I’ve doing some tests with another ISP and the routes is going always to there.)

This is another domain ( with Cloudflare and seems normal (routing to Rio de Janeiro):

evandro@begati:~$ ping
PING ( 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from ( icmp_seq=1 ttl=53 time=21.4 ms
64 bytes from ( icmp_seq=2 ttl=53 time=20.4 ms
64 bytes from ( icmp_seq=3 ttl=53 time=21.4 ms
64 bytes from ( icmp_seq=4 ttl=53 time=21.0 ms
--- ping statistics ---
4 packets transmitted, 4 received, 0% packet loss, time 3006ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 20.356/21.020/21.364/0.409 ms

My connection information:

Thanks in advance.

But, have you seen another test that I did to another website with CloudFlare? It points to Rio de Janeiro, very close to me.

That other site will have a different IP address which will be routed differently by your provider. It mostly depends on your provider, only on higher plans Cloudflare will try to ensure a closer routing.

You can check which plan levels route you where at

Ok, thanks for the explanation.
